| KAKES FOR KIDS A NOT FOR PROFIT COMPANY |
Kakes for Kids is a nonprofit corporation based in Fort Worth, Texas. The mission of the corporation is to encourage, inspire and build self-worth of disadvantaged children, by acknowledging and honoring birthdays and personal milestone achievements with custom cakes prepared specifically for each child. You may be asking yourself, “Is there a need for this type of service?” And the answer would be a resounding “Yes”. As a self taught baker filling request for friends and family; I began receiving request to donate birthday/celebration cakes for children residing in facilities that did not have unlimited financial resources. I was then reminded that as a child, I did not receive my first birthday cake until I was 12 years old and Kakes for Kids was born; as a result, the importance of bringing this dream to fruition is truly a personal one. We have already begun serving the children of Tarrant County and hope you will partner with us. Kakes for Kids is a 501©(3) tax exempt organization.
